Innovation and Technology Industry-Oriented Fund (ITIF) – Invitation for Expression of Interest
Background
The Chief Executive announced in the 2024 Policy Address that the Government would set up a $10 billion Innovation and Technology Industry-Oriented Fund (ITIF) to form a fund-of-funds to channel more market capital to invest in specified emerging and future industries of strategic importance, with a view to building up the innovation and technology ecosystem in a systematic manner.
Expression of Interest
We are inviting the market to submit expression of interest (EOI) for the ITIF.
To obtain the EOI document, please provide your (i) company name; (ii) name and position; (iii) telephone no.; (iv) email address; and (v) office address by email to itif-enquiry@itc.gov.hk.
Interested parties shall complete the Reply Form in the Appendix of the EOI document and return the completed form by email to itif-enquiry@itc.gov.hk by 3 March 2025 (Monday) (Hong Kong Time).
Briefing Session
The Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau will hold a briefing session on the EOI invitation on 20 January 2025 (Monday). Details are as follows:

Enrolment form (Available in Chinese only) for the briefing session can be downloaded here, please return the completed form by email to itif-eoi-briefing@itib.gov.hk by 5:00 pm on 16 January 2025 (Thursday). Due to a limited quota, enrolment is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
